What do you like best?
The Embark software was easy to use and the support was absolutely terrific. Any issues I encountered were handled at lightning speed and even getting the contract through a difficult university procurement process went really quickly. The other terrific think about Embark is that applicant references don't need an account to submit a letter - they just follow a personalized link! This feature saved our team countless hours!
What do you dislike?
There isn't a whole lot to dislike. Like all software, it took a little bit of time to figure out how to update fields and make some specific changes, but the Embark support got back to me so quickly that I really didn't have the need to figure it out myself.
