Honestly one of the least user-friendly options for a CRM out there
What do you like best?
I like that it does the bare minimum for us.
What do you dislike?
We have had so many issues trying to set the CRM up to meet our needs. On top of that, we've cycled through over 5 consultants in the last 2 calendar years. As we try to move our software into the 21st century to track things like attribution, clicks, or even do simple things like style dashboards and lead forms, Recruit has given us every headache along the way.
