best for you company travel!

What do you like best?

It helps you and your company to find the best prices. Easy to use, so clear and specific. Many languages are are available as English, Spanish, french.

The support team also are can speak many languages, and it's really so grateful. They always reply and try to not be late.

also, you not only have flight books, you will find also train, hotels, cars, which is really awesome!

What do you dislike?

What I found it is seriously needing to change is the way to search the invoices, is it not easier, and need to go one by one, slide by slide.

somtimes even when you write the correct name, doesn't find nothing or just get block.

you have to be very specific, and even so sometimes there are difficulties to find what you are looking for

What I dislike is some spam emails sending I had to talk to a staff to stop sneding them, and after be writing them 2 time, finally I get to not recieve more of those spam email

It is a good platform for travels!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

it is not nice when you need and urgent book of plane, train etc and no one reply you from the support team, and even you are not allowed to call, that would be so helpful if they can change this way to be in contact.

Also the support team by chat do not reply quickly , you first message will be replied by first from and authomatic robot.
