What do you like best?

The set up process from sales through customer service has been excellent. They have always answered my requests timely even through the holidays. The app for Mac is easy to use if you are an Apple person. The website login is excellent to use if you are a Microsoft or Google user. This price to enter is almost a bit to high for a very small business like mine however, I think of investing in the future of my business and this will help me grow faster without getting hung up on excessive operating expenses.

What do you dislike?

I wish the new forms option was a little less expensive but may become more cost effective as my business grows.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Saving confidential file information from clients. Being able to have them either drop information in at my request or me scanning and moving it in has saved significant time and space in my office.
