Vaishnavi gave great support over call for the ticket raised, very satisfied with it.

The support was very fast and the issue resolved very quickly.

They need to change some of the trainers who are not up to the extent of training.

They can make schedules that everyone can leverage.

The support peoples are not that technical, which helps us in every query.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Edureka is good for learning perspective, but it depends which trainer you got for that particular course. If you got a good one, you would be in good hands to understand everything related to the system and growth perspective and going beyond to achieve your goals.
