What do you like best?
It's very easy to have everything sorted in one section of the interface as you can easily handle all incoming enquiries and manage your database in this CRM.
What do you dislike?
As good as a tool that it is, it lacks certain features and this is because it isn't a hugely popular system meaning not enough users have protested for changes.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
As part of my side business or the work I've done before, I've always used EduAgent CRM because it does exactly what we need - manages our leads and I can streamline that with other members to handle applications from students and delegate tasks effectively.
