What do you like best?
The familiarity of this system is comparable to WestLaw, which is nice for lawyers who use WestLaw on a daily basis to use this program for eDiscovery, which is greatly needed in this day and age! Also, the way the program files/codes documents is extremely handy and efficient. Their formatting options make the production process rather organized, which is a nice addition that makes counsel look professional.
What do you dislike?
Although the processing time is relatively faster than previous discovery/production programs I've used, it could always be faster! Otherwise, I would have to say that the price could be lower.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those who are familiar with WestLaw, this program is a nice transition for those who aren't too comfortable with technology. You get what you pay for, and I am a firm believer in the WestLaw products/programs they put out for the legal community. As I've said earlier, the ease of this program and the availability of options for production are great--especially when you're producing multiple productions in a setting such as Business Commercial Litigation.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Solving problems such as quicker and more productive discovery productions. Easier labeling and organization of such documents. Organization is a big one because that's extremely helpful for both sides/parties. It is also nice for assistants and paralegals to effectively manage the production(s).
