What do you like best?

Customer relationship management has become an easy thing for us after Edge CRM and we have found it a very flexible CRM solution and it fitted so well according to our business requirements. We are now better able to transform strategies for our business with the help of analysis of sales, it provides. We really admire the clarity and simplicity of this product and its notifications helped us in keeping ourselves up to date. After it, we have witnessed a better relation and coordination among our team, and with it, our planning strategy has also refined.

What do you dislike?

Although it has all the necessary features in it we think it lacks many options for integration undoubtedly it provides integration with ERP and outlook but there should be more as this will make it more amazing.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have never seen any CRM software as easy to use and feature-rich as Edge CRM. With its variety of features, our business has been upgraded. its notification sending feature helped us a lot similarly with its sales analysis we can now make more efficient strategies for our business. We adore its user-friendly interface should be more integration options to make it more worth it.
