An easy-to-access and easy-to-use training solution that delivers high-performance training content that is updated monthly. Employees choose their own training courses according to their needs and preferences. What do you dislike?
We haven't had any complaints about the solution. We've been using it for 8 months now and every month we optimize its use. However, it is necessary to animate it and to communicate a lot on the subject because it is a change of posture of the learner who becomes an actor of his development.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Edflex tends to develop the learning company posture, everyone can learn on a daily basis, from their colleagues who share training content or from their managers who encourage them to train. It is a positive process. Training project managers use Edflex everyday to build training courses or to supplement them by adding articles and videos. We have quick and easy access to a quality training database that is well adapted to our business lines.
