Fast Integration, good performance, honest opinions
What do you like best?
Two Points:
1. The integration was very fast and besides providing the right network setup, we did not add a lot of technical resources.
2. The operation started very smooth but the go to market was not as successful as we thought. Secucloud did recommend us several options very honest, which we did not implement in the beginning. Later stage we did and the uptake was much better.
What do you dislike?
Network solutions are not very good visible to the customer. In consequence, we had to learn much about this and that took time and budget. Secucloud did warn us but only slightly.
Also, Secucloud should invest more into the go to market and not take that a high upfront fee.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before acquiring the solution you should doublecheck recources and plan accordingly.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We positioned ourselves as Security Aware Company and with a network solution of a security vendor we achieved that.
