What do you like best?
Customer-centric view. Compared to similar organizations, Ecovadis tries to make the process less painful for suppliers to participate.
What do you dislike?
Submitting data to Ecovadis is still a painful process. Companies should be allowed to use all responses and attachments from last year in painless way.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We meet our customer expectations. We wouldn't use Ecovadis if not required by our customers.
