Easy to use, great customer service
What do you like best?
The customer service from EBiz is the main thing I love. Every time I call I get prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick service.
What do you dislike?
It's hard that you can't reconnect the program yourself when it gets reset - you do have to call in and have a rep remote into your computer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great alternative to use instead of paying the extra fees with Quickbooks. It's easy to use and the customer service team is prompt and easy to understand over the phone.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We needed an affordable program to run our payments through and EBiz has been consistent with great pricing. It integrates well with Quickbooks and there don't seem to be many issues with this, so we don't have much downtime when we can't run payments.
