What do you like best?

The simplicity of the app and being able to manage older projects.

Also, I appreciate the grammar checker. Definitely helped out a lot since Grammarly doesn't also connect to GSuite products.

The plagiarism tool has been one of my favorite tools for writing and submitting papers. Always very accurate and easy to share results

What do you dislike?

I haven't anything I dislike. It would be great to have more options for the free plan.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sharing and collaborating with others on documents rather than using Microsoft Office and using their bibliography tool.
