Advanced user of @EASEAll options are pretty clear. Also I love that you can log in from anywhere although it can be cumbersome on mobile.
The lag that often happens is very frustrating. You can't upload more than one file at a time or edit descriptions of files once you have uploaded them. The limit on file size uploading and sending also causes issues
There is history of everything, though not everything is accessible to everyone. I am able to place and manage orders fairly simply and efficiently
