What do you like best?
The system is clean and all information is centralized. My employees have one place to go to find all the benefit information that they need. This had made it so much easier to track our new employees selections while allowing them the time and space to review all of the options that they have and make the best selections for themselves and their families. Also our team is never surprised when their deductions appear, since they have already seen them clearly as they made their selections. While I will not say that open enrollment is my favorite time of year, I will say that we are able to save time, money, trees, etc. by using Ease instead of shipping enrollment packets throughout the state.
What do you dislike?
We don't have the integrations with our carriers. I really don't have any complaints regarding the system or how it works. My only other item is that we have our account through our broker so there are a number of features that I don't have direct access to adjust. Qualifying event changes can be a little confusing for the employee to navigate.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Tracking and collection of paperwork. Huge time savings. Super easy to reference what was selected, what changes have been made, etc. I love that we can distribute all the documents that our team needs through the portal and they can access it directly. It is great to be able to make an edit and know that it got to everybody at the same time.
