What do you like best?

They can be responsive when the site crashes.

What do you dislike?

I was customer for near 12 years. I have a small media site on law enforcement. It was unwise to use Eapps as long as I did considering I paid $960 a year instead of about $80 that I pay with another service. If you don't have a lot of traffic, it doesn't make. My biggest complaint is that when my IT guy transferred the site to a cheaper host, I thought I properly canceled the account. Apparently, I didn't. They sent me emails. to an email account I never check. So, they charged $400 even though it was clear I didn't use the service. So, instead of giving me. a little break on that charge, they refused and took the money from the credit card over my protest. So, not only would I never use their service again, but I would never recommend them.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The prices are a rip off
