Super-easy to use and understand.

Very flexible & decent apps for MacOS, Web, iPhone & iPad.

Totally reliable & the sync is very fast with auto-save included.

What do you dislike?

I'd like two items

- Better restore / backup facility

- Reminders / Notifications Functionality

Quick saving of notes. Ability to find information quickly & reliably. Cross-sync across desktop, web, iPhone & iPad. Hierarchical method to saving & storing data makes total sense.
