What do you like best?

It is a tiny but great application for live monitoring of internet traffic.

What do you dislike?

I love the application, I use it continuously since 1997. Until it crushed in April this year. Guessing that it could be related to the Windows 10 update, I bought the newest version of the DU Meter on April12. It crushes as well. I exchanged multiple emails with a representative, but never was contacted with any advice or suggestion from technical staff. In case if my problem might be specific to my computer, I offered to pay for technical help, but received no response.

An update. After about six months of DU Meter not working, I received an apology from the CEO. Apparently my emails got lost somewhere in the spam folder. I received technical support, and have DU Meter working again.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great product. They offer a free limited edition, good for getting acquainted.

I had 20 years of good experience, but whoever considers buying it, should be aware that in the case of trouble they do not offer technical support.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It helps in identifying internet service issues. It is very helpful in monitoring transfer of large files. Also it helped me in noticing malware traffic in a few instances. I use it for 20 years, until it crushed 105 days ago.
