What do you like best?

I like this platform because it's a one stop shop linking Sponors and Sites. I can track study payments and invoices, as well as submit for new studies.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the follow ups from support takes several days and I have had to send multiple emails to get questions answered.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It helps with payment and invoice tracking . We also can submit our investigatigators for new studies via this portal.
