What do you like best?

One of the advantages of Drive HQ is that it allows me to seamlessly move files from our local drive to the cloud in a large storage space. This is really an advantage because we have a non-physical space to store all the information of our company to which we will have access from any device with internet access, be it a desktop computer, a laptop or simply a mobile phone. Drive HQ allows me to easily sync, share and manage my files, as well as collaborate with other team members. This application is really very useful for any company.

What do you dislike?

One aspect to improve is customer service. Respond more quickly to every concern that may arise. I have had to wait up to 5 days for a response. On the other hand, without an internet connection the application is useless like all cloud storage services, which is a risk to consider.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

My best suggestion is that we keep these files for daily use backed up on our local drive in case of any connection problem. Similarly, use a complex password that is inviolable. To learn more about the application, you can subscribe to its trial version. Drive HQ really is the maximum.

Thanks to Drive HQ we have all the information of our company in good security. This application gives us security and trust. We can access our files from anywhere we are as long as our device has an internet connection. We learned to handle it quickly due to the simplicity of its interface. It really is a great app.
