A fantastic platform to accelerate growth on your website

What do you like best?

Drift has allowed us to create real-time and engaging conversations with potential customers.

The bot/playbooks are extremely user-friendly to build and manage with features to allow you to capture leads in a number of ways - capturing their contact details, allowing them to book a meeting within the bot, and also to speak to the sales team when they are online.

It has allowed us to acquire a growing number of leads as well as a number of sales by complimenting both organic and paid traffic very well.

Also, they have an amazing support team - our CSM Shannon is fantastic and always goes above and beyond to help us resolve issues and optimize our system for future growth.

Would definitely recommend it to any business looking for an easy-to-use solution to drive business on their website!

What do you dislike?

There is no integration with SugarCRM which makes it more manual for us to manage the data - however, there is an integration with Zapier that helps us get around it in some instances.

The only other issue we have experienced is there was no communication with a recent product update which affected our settings and results - one for the product team to possibly think about going forward - alerts for product updates before they are implemented.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Simply growing the number of leads and sales! It gives the visitor the option to skip the jargon on the website and speak to a person /instantly book a meeting.
