What do you dislike?

Unenrolled me from medicare billing 0/10. DO NOT RECOMMEND DrCHRONO. Billing issues have resulted in loosing substantial reimbursement claims. The people who do the training don't know the program. I seemed to know more than they did simply by playing with the program. Trainers have called over google phone which was impossible to understand her. The calls also come in from different numbers and sometimes caller unkown.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Unenrollment with Medicare Billing still has not been resolved. Called Medicare Rep who said "DrChrono needs to get off their butt" and then took DrChrono's information due to their inability to to enroll me. It's been since last year. The process should take a couple days.
