What do you like best?

Drake Software provides a lot of opportunity for operating digitally with your tax base.

What do you dislike?

The software is quite complex. I could not just figure everything out on my own. However, between the knowledge base and the support team at Drake, there is a way to find an answer for anything you need.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Processing tax returns without needing to print returns or meet people in person. Virtual tax office is our goal and it is achievable.
