What do you like best?

The ability to cascade the KPIs and TTIs and then report on them using parent/child bowlers that automatically roll up

What do you dislike?

It can be intimidating & confusing for some if the system is not setup properly and/or if the proper training is not done.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Communication & alignment globally across 12 Business Units to one (1) strategy. Focus on KPIs before TTIs was a surprise to most but it helped to build the foundation in order to spring board the TTIs when the organization was ready.

I spent a lot of time on the SIOP Accuracy KPI. I found that each Business Unit was using a different calculation and was able to fix this easily. I also found that we were not using parent/child bowlers which enabled the individual bowlers to automatically rollup through the organization easily without every level having to calculate and submit numbers into a bowler.

The DPloy Solutions tool enabled our company to identify data gatherers and data users. It also drives Root Cause Counter Measures to address any missed targets. The visual aspect of the various statuses makes generating a report that shows the dashboard and supporting actions to address very simple.
