What do you like best?
Dozuki provides a unique content creation interface that encourages the writing of meaningful guides that are easy to use and follow by end users. It is helping resolve customer queries more effectively and efficiently than the traditional download pdf guides that we are moving away from. The Dozuki support team are quick to respond to and resolve any questions we have.
What do you dislike?
Dozuki follows a template format so flexibility may be restricted. This can be a downside for some, but we wanted an off the shelf solution and they have accommodated some of our requests to personalize, so check what you want to achieve against what the platform delivers, and also discuss with them if something that isn't available can be incorporated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Thoroughly capture your requirements and what you are trying to achieve, then set up a means of comparing these against what Dozuki offers. Anything that doesn't fit or tick a box can be discussed with Dozuki. Also figure out how much customization you may want to do, then decide how much of it is actually necessary.

With Dozuki we are able to move away from booklet format user guides. This ensures our customers and team are always accessing the most current content and that content can be updated in real-time with push notifications. The simple interface and guide formats ensure authors keep the content focused and relevant. The content approval process has saved us a lot of time, allowing faster content updates.
