Advanced user of Dossier SystemsSimplicity of the software to get information entered. Pretty intuitive after a while, managers were able to pick up on the software after a few hours of training 1-on-1.
Unable to automate exports to other external software. You are able to export the data but you have to log into Dossier's system to download the files.
Make sure that you understand the flow of the data prior to investing. You may find that the flow may not be what you are originally sold. It can work but you will have to make some adjustments to your process. If you are looking for a product with a lot of automation, right now I don't believe it has that.
Better insight to operations spending. We have more accountability for the warehouse managers than we had before.
