Advanced user of Document Manager for SAP SuccessFactorsThe fact that it is integrated into SuccessFactors which assures the GDPR compliance and it is based on role-based permissions. it is very user friendly and contains all features that we need for signing and storing all our digital documents directly into SuccessFactors. Also managing the templates in Word is a great feature for all our key users worldwide.
I can't think of anything, maybe the fact that we did not have it earlier? :-). Their previous User Interface was a bit basic and outdated, but they fixed that in the coming update.
Just see for yourself, and ask for a demo if you are interested. In our opinion, this was the most complete solution and at the same time had the best price. Support turned out to be excellent as well, as they assured during implementation that the end result would be perfect for us. HuRis made no false promises and also told us when thing are not possible or was not the best way to go forward.
We can now store our documents directly into SuccessFactors and create and sent out all documents manual or triggered by an event automatically, also the fact that no document was stored or downloaded outside SuccessFactors was a big plus.
