What do you like best?
Archive SharePoint content along with the corresponding schema and metadata values stored in standard XML format to the file system / file shares.Cut down storage costs of SQL Server.Save database space,archive older content from our SharePoint to reduce storage space in SQL database.
What do you dislike?
The price of the tool quite expensive compare to other SharePoint Archiving Tools. Also there is a free trial version with few features and functionalities,So We cannot decide to purchase this tool looking at the experience with free version.

I am not satisfied with their customer service.But I think you should try this tool at least once.

In our company we mainly used it for SharePoint Archive and backup. It comes with fully self-contained and restorable archive across all SharePoint versions and across all product versions.It search and filter our archive content and narrow down to the file or folder easily.
