Advanced user of DNSFilterI love the simplicity, and logical layout for configuring customer portals and whitelabelling the solution is very desirable. I've tried a handful of other similar solutions but none of them came close to working as effectively as DNS filter here in Australia, nor as simple to navigate or configure. This has been hands down my pick of the bunch!
I was not confident to sell dns web filtering to my customers until I started playing with DNS Filter. I had not found a solution I was happy to support or standby before DNS filter, It's added another tool I can support and sell to my customer base as a service offering and so far I've not looked back.
No way for customers to submit blocked sites for review. But this is minor if you are checking the interface regularly and talking with your customers. It's more of a nice to have feature than a dislike.
I initially struggled with how to configure seperate customer sites, but a simple email to support set me straight.
More granular filtering options would be nice if this does not effect performance.
DNS Filter has boosted my confidence to sell web filtering to my customers as an extra security layer in my security stack offering. It has saved a few of my customers from disaster more than once and has given opportunities to educate them on better web security practices. It has given visibility on dns requests outside the safety of the organisation gateway.
