What do you like best?

What I like most about this service is that it is easy and reliable. I can log in and see all our contacts and make changes when we need and create easy one calls at any time!

What do you dislike?

I have not found anything that I dislike about this service.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend DialMyCalls because the customer service is excellent. They explain how to use the service. You log in to an account and see all aspects of your account right in front of you. All the contacts you need to send a message to you can edit at any time. You can record and rerecord your one call if you need to. All this is easy to navigate in your account on the webpage. We are a nonprofit organization senior citizens center. I like that you can create your caller ID so seniors know who is calling, and they can select to hear the message again, and it works with hearing-impaired participants. Easy, convenient, and fast to set up your one call.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

At this time, I have no issues.
