What do you like best?

A turnkey product.

Replying Google Play and App Store reviews alongside social media and in-app channels in one platform.

The user interface for in-app messaging could be a bit more minimalistic.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Trying to steer a product ship through a global pandemic would be difficult for anyone. We were operating in one of the unlucky industries that forced us to pivot. We needed turnkey solutions to help us create our product as fast as possible, including collecting reviews and manage our users' happiness. From the beginning of the pivot to the launch on iOS and Android, Desk360 provided us with a platform that allowed us to adapt quickly to our users' needs.

Desk360 has a very wide scope of integrated customer support channels including gathering all App Store, Google Play, all widespread social media channels, and in-app messaging. This was another big gain for us because we offer our product in 8 languages, and all support is given by native speakers. Thus, aligning all customer support team members through different products would be another problem which we would have to solve. Desk360 gathered all our customer support channels in one platform, conveniently.
