Best Google My Business Management Platform Ever

What do you like best?

dbaPlatform has been amazing in helping my agency to manage Google My Business Listings for clients. It's incredibly streamlined to focus on Google My Business management tools, alone, which is great because there are so many other platforms out there trying to be an all-in-one solution - which is great for a lot of systems - but not for GMB. Google My Business is the most important part of a location-based business, so it needs a set of tools all by itself. That's what dba does best. Plus, Matt and Egan from their support chat are super fast and they've helped my team understand exactly what's needed to increase client performance on Google Maps numerous times. Kudos to them!

What do you dislike?

The reporting seems a bit wonky at the moment. I can't figure out where to locate reports or how to edit them. I also don't know how they come up with the numbers they display.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use the photo tool, the posts tool and the call tracking tool. The others are sort-of 'meh', but those 3 are amazing. Oh and I think they also just bought LocalFalcon to have a local ranking tool which is fantastic! Use that if that's true.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have been able to effortlessly leverage GMB Posts and Photos to increase engagement on client GMB listings. It's actually amazing how well it works.
