What do you like best?

Literally every form that you could need for your enrolled children is there! Even ones that you may not have thought about are there- in PDF,Word,or a web based platform. Takes the guess work out of it and stream lines the forms needed to insure successful and easy operations. The come from a person who operated a successful daycare for over 15 years so they have figured out ANY form you may need.

What do you dislike?

They have all been helpful and allowed us to stream line our registration process. This has made all staff members able to get on the same page and KNOW exactly what is needed. Before if there was no master copy, they did not always get it to the families.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

USE IT! You do not have to make your own forms anymore. Why spend the time doing that when you can (for the LOW cost of $49) have access to ALL the forms you will need. This will allow you to operate a better child care center AND allow your parents to feel more comfortable with their choice.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The benefits of this have been HUGE. We have been able to make a master list of all forms needed- both for enrolling students AND employees. If a master is lost, we can always access it via Daycare Enrollment forms website. We can save it on our desktop in PDF or Word (allowing for edits) OR even save it as a bookmark online. Our families have commented on how easy our registration process is. We have packets made with the forms provided by Daycare Enrollment Forms and know that we will be covered for state visits or just a concern parent who wants to insure that their child is going to be taken care of. We also know that contact information and parent requests are going to be easy to read and easy to follow for ALL staff members. Copies can be placed with the specific teacher and all instructions and needs can be easily carried out.
