What do you like best?

I like the main screen that shows me the last 100'ish people who have signed in, so if I am trying to remember something from a member, I can go back and look. I like the ease of adding notes and updates to their profiles. The photos are big and clear. It's a great way for our front desk, our trainers, and other employees to keep tabs on certain important factors about our members. The attendance and participation features are really nice to see how people are utilizing the facility.

What do you dislike?

Log off feature is a little frustrating. I will be in the middle of something and it will log out on me, even if I was just on it recently. I also noticed sometimes the daxko operation notes do not transfer over.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is helping us, especially from the front desk/membership perspective, be able to see how we can get our members more engaged. We can reach out to new patrons and see how they're doing and if we can do anything to help. Same for members who have been with us for awhile but aren't using the facility, taking classes, etc...what are the issues and how can we help them?
