My major complaint is small.
They make 'components' available in the Comm store for various functions.
Descriptions and instructions on these are very poor.
Absolutely hate the 'splashtop -lite' remote tool. I end up paying a seperate license for ScreenConnect, and I hate I can't integrate with that.
The 'agent browser' sometimes takes a while to load.

Problems solved? - Well, I can monitor all my machines... thats the whole point of a RMM.
I am also now monitoring devices like printers and switches with SNMP.
