Gets the job done, but it is laggy and crashes frequently

What do you like best?

I like how easy it is to navigate. It allows us to get the job done quickly when it is online and not overwhelmed.

What do you dislike?

It frequently crashes and lags. Working in a call center, this is not ideal.

For the price, it is great, but if it's in the budget to go somewhere else, I would.
