What do you like best?

I like that it is fairly easy to navigate. I understand the system well.

What do you dislike?

It crashes frequently and often stalls. It makes it hard to do my job when I'm in a high volume call center. It will randomly close out of the account that I am looking into which is extremely frustrating. The lagging makes it difficult to work efficiently.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The price is right, however, you get what you pay for. This is a hard software to want to endorse. It appears to be outdated, and could use an upgrade.

I am able to manage orders and accounts through DataTrax.
