Data Platform Flexera - Convenience and ease of use
What do you like best?
Simple to use gui, capability to ingest data from multiple discovery tools and then deduce as well as normalise data for use in report and dashboard production. It's very nice device to use. Comprehension is very simple and preloaded reports are a great idea. Even having several reports already preloaded makes it easy for the consumer to find what they are searching for.
What do you dislike?
There is no large amount of documentation available for the tool. Especially when troubleshooting is needed. Wish there was enough time in the day to go into all the data platform insights can bring, also the mapping is not 100% of succesful.

You should ensure that you have a well educated staff to support DP
