Great partner, great support and great tool
What do you like best?
Ability to suggest content relevant to the record that is being viewed (lead / opportunity). Ability to track the interaction (open / click) on the content. Keep track easily of what information / collaterals have already been shared with the contact / lead previously. Create secure portals to store all documents so that the contact / lead can easily find all our collaterals and don't need to search through their emails.
What do you dislike?
Only very small downside is the footprint of the package (21 extra Objects) including some that are not used (deprecated). If this could be cleaned up and surplus objects removed it would be great!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend the Data Dwell tool. It is easy to use and fits well in our organization.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are now able to suggest relevant content to our Sales Teams directly on their Leads and Opportunities so they don't need to search for content on internet / intranet sites. We can also keep track easily of what content has already been shared with the lead / contact by other teams (for example: Business Development or Pre-Sales) and can track if / when the lead / contact opens or clicks on the collateral.
