What do you like best?
Being able to really drill down into who the purchaser is and what products they buy.
What do you dislike?
Very hard to do anything actionable with the data. Does not easily integrate with other platforms. Does not give any additional demographic data. If you have someone on your team whose whole world is CRM then it could be a good option - if not then skip.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great if you have someone who can spend the time drilling down and sending lists to different platforms. Not user friendly enough for a typical marketing team to use
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Trying to use the platform to further segment and target specific purchasing groups. The best benefit is being able to what customers are purchasing and where they are purchasing it on the customer journey.
