Advanced user of Customer Service Software – KapdeskKapdesk is a program that allows a company to keep up with their current customers and make sure that they are being taken care of by giving them positively great customer service experiences. While the same is true with any Customer Service product, that the service is only as good as the person providing that service, the same is true here. Kapdesk has a very straightforward implementation and setup procedure. In fact, it's possible to get up and running with Kapdesk within a day depending on the size of the operation. For a small business that would be a simple task. Creating tasks is very easy, seeing and responding to replies is a breeze, escalating when necessary is no big deal, and all of the familiar tasks associated with customer service are baked in. The program has a solid core that it is built upon.
What I have seen as issues with this program are collaboration problems when trying to bring another person into the mix. Occasional issues with the system not showing updates that have been made very recently. The last thing that I wish this program had more of is integrations with other software programs which would make life easier.
Kapdesk is a good way for companies to stay in touch with their customers and make sure that they remain satisfied customers. The ability to set up and send automated responses has become a time-saver for the dreaded COVID-19 related questions that come up frequently.
