To me the questionnaire bank / data was too much to deal with and search for. A smart recommendation engine can make life easier.

If you are looking at a meaningful engagement tool, that bring tech and HR together, must consider Culture Monkey.
I have worked extensively with Gallup and GPTW as a user, this bring in a fresh perspective.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Oct 20XX, we at Rentomojo planned our first major annual open house. The idea was to set the next six months organization focus. A major input I needed was around what and how people across the country were feeling and saying about Rentomojo. We had to listen to what they had to say.
I usually approach any problem with the below 4 steps.
1. Where do we stand today? - Measure
2. Where do we want to go? - Measure
3. How do we go there ? - Action
4. Outcomes and Results
That's when we partnered with Culture Monkey, who seem to have a great product that was catering to my needs like anything.
Just two days, the entire configuration was done and we rolled out the survey. More than 75% participation rate was very encouraging and the insights we got location wise, team wise, manager wise and gender wise was far beyond what we expected.
The live dashboard and the instance reports were a huge boon. We could see the progress, set reminders and track the movement.
Even the one on one response to feedback was powerful, there was a different connection with employees. Based on my extensive experience of Gallup at Aditya Birla Group and Great Places to work at Utsav Fashion, the NPS question I have always found very powerful.
In that open house we committed to get the e-NPS to grow to 2.1X of the October base by the end of the financial year. Right around the onset of covid, we reached as high as 2.2X of the October base. The tool gave very interesting action insights that we could use and drive. We even did a manager action planning session.
We are still to pilot and test some modules and I am sure there is more to it.
While the product is very well designed, the team behind made the entire journey smooth and supportive, they are an amazing bunch of responsive team.
