What do you like best?
I like the icons and separate tabs at the first screen. It's very clean and not distracting.
What do you dislike?
The GUI looks “outdated.” The further you get into the program for different sales options, the more confusing it gets for our older users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd recommend maybe a 20 minute training meeting for employees to get used to it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We did have issues with sending e-gift cards via email but has since been resolved. There was a work around but that was frustrating for our older clerks to understand so they made me do them all. Not an issue. Other than that it was easy all around after the bug fix
