What do you like best?

The catalogue is nicely laid out with good capability for clear descriptions and good images, allowing a detailed overview of the training course you are selling. It is possible to group products, and show bundles on the course catalogue homepage.

What do you dislike?

The admin back-end, whilst very powerful, would be sweet if updated a little.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

As with any sourcing of software solutions, I would suggest a good internal review to find out what your business needs are and when you need to implement. Consider your budget and whether you can use the standard design service, before wanting to re-design the wheel, which, is possible with the team from Course Merchant. With Coursemerchant we needed to have a flexible solution and website design match with connections to crm systems for data analysis. We have been able to connect with Suite crm and report out on buyer trends and completed order demographics. This fuels our marketing efforts based on real data metrics.
