What do you like best?

The setup is simple and the interface is intuitive. Most of all, there's no additional coding needed. A simple setup is needed for a potential customer to “buy in” and the button html Coubic provides is an easy hyperlink from the main site to get this setup.

What do you dislike?

It might be assumed that using the free version a user will remember their bookings, but limiting the reminder feature to the paid service is a bit much in my opinion. Just feels like you only get that simple feature after shelling out nearly $600. If it were incorporated into the free service, it would be better to maybe add a timing function to it that runs out and encourages the paid version.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were looking to find a way to open up scheduling services for potential clients, where getting online customers to meet and discuss options would be feasible. By working with Coubic, setting up times for virtual meetings and booking them is smooth and manages the scheduling in one place.
