Really enriched our training opportunities for employees

What do you like best?

The variety of topics that are relevant to our industry, (financial services, non-profit, quasi-governmental) and our employee populations is great. Content is refreshed each quarter, offering employees new content and keeping them engaged. Employees can select training/learning in short or long periods of time to meet their needs and in their topics. Micro-learning has gained so much momentum, and this concept has worked great for our employees.

What do you dislike?

There is some minor maintenance and upkeep since content is refreshed each quarter, there is some administrative burden to integrating the new content, and categorizing it, retiring old content, etc. However, this is also part of the benefit, because it keeps learning new and relevant, and prevents it from getting stale or outdated.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to augment or enhance our own training, in relevant topics, which bring true value developing savvy, progressive, innovative employees that are expected to exhibit emotional intelligence and advance our mission, work through our values, and authentically support equity, diversity, and inclusiveness. Content Anytime offers employees the opportunity to learn something in minutes when they have time between meetings, or to dedicate an hour or more for longer more in-depth topics. They are in the driver seat. They like that!
