What do you like best?

I love the support that works! I've had an awful experience with a big platform where they kept me waiting with no reply forever. This support is fantastic in comparison. They are a small shop, and it shows. They care and are happy to help.

What do you dislike?

There's no free plan. We send a lot of messages but I know for some users who send only a handful of emails a day, this will certainly be a dealbreaker.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I send mainly transactional emails, and my customers get the messages, they don't have to search for emails in spam folders, and this is what I want. The UX is simple and straightforward, and the user experience is intuitive. The setup is quick and painless.
