Advanced user of CoreBankI like the way the product enables my team to provide fast, but high quality services to customers. It has wholly enhanced the teller operations and has ultimately ensured customer satisfaction. I mostly like the multi-branch feature. It is very resourceful.
I do not like the transaction monitoring feature. It does not facilitate clarity of the tranactions made. It is too conjested. when making reference, I find myself mixed up. It should at least have a layout that is not overlapping.
By using the product, we were geared towards facilitating banking experience, for both the organization and the customers. We tried to eliminate a barrier that influenced our clients' experience negatively. The product helped achieve loyalty and customer satisfaction.
