What do you like best?

I love the ability to use Cooleaf to recognize my peers in a tangible, visible way to celebrate wins. We can interact with each other, work together in challenges, and engage in ways we were not previously.

What do you dislike?

I would love to see more options to tag people in challenges or get those pages more visible. We have a very large team, so sometimes loading all challenge responses can be tedious in voting or seeing what everyone has to say.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving the problem of staying connected while working from home. Our team moved from working in an office to working remotely, and it was tough to recognize the work everyone was doing or make them feel valued in the work they were doing, and Cooleaf has helped with that. I am a huge fan of the aspect of having people be rewarded with things they want (like gift cards), because the tangible aspect makes their hard work noticed even further.
