Continuum RMM

What do you like best?

What I like best about Continuum RMM is the ability to manage and monitor almost every kind of device. Another really cool thing are the advanced features such as remote registry edit and remote command prompt.

What do you dislike?

What I dislike about Continuum RMM is the "managed updates" for Windows 10. Be default it turns off the built in update feature so while they managed computers do get security updates, no other device updates or feature updates get installed unless the update is manually run. In my opinion that's a huge over site.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

the problems we are solving using Continuum RMM is the need to automatically manage and secure workstations (both PC and Mac). The benefits that we've realized are that with the RMM software handling patches and security bug fixes we have more time and can manage more workstations than without Continuum RMM.
